These terms apply to the automotive repair and maintenance services provided by Pinto's Auto Repair at 3671 33rd Ave NE, Naples, FL 34120, and to your use of https://pintosautorepairnaples.com. By booking work with us or using this website, you agree to them.

1. Services we provide

Pinto's Auto Repair provides automotive repair and maintenance services, including:

  • Brake Service
  • Engine Diagnostics & Repair
  • Auto AC Repair
  • Oil Change & Preventive Maintenance
  • Transmission & Drivetrain
  • Suspension & Steering
  • General mechanical repair and electrical system troubleshooting

2. Estimates and approval

We provide a written estimate covering parts and labor before beginning work. Estimates are based on the condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection. If we discover additional work is required once a repair is underway, we will contact you for approval before proceeding. We do not perform unauthorized work.

Diagnostic time is chargeable. Where a diagnostic fee applies, it is applied toward the cost of the repair if you authorize us to carry out that repair.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are quoted in USD and consist of parts plus labor. Prices shown on this website are indicative starting points and may vary by vehicle, parts availability, and the condition of the components involved. Payment is due on collection of the vehicle unless agreed otherwise in advance. We accept Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card.

4. Appointments and cancellations

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, so we can offer the slot to another customer. Repeated no-shows may affect future scheduling.

5. Vehicle collection and storage

Please collect your vehicle within three business days of being told the work is complete. Vehicles left beyond a reasonable period after completion and notification may be subject to a storage charge, and we reserve rights available to us under Florida law regarding unclaimed vehicles.

We take reasonable care of vehicles in our custody. Please remove valuables before leaving your vehicle with us. We are not responsible for personal property left in a vehicle.

6. Warranty on our work

We stand behind our parts and labor. The specific warranty period and coverage depend on the repair performed and the parts fitted, and will be explained to you before the work begins and stated on your invoice. Warranty does not cover normal wear, damage caused by continued operation after a fault is identified, misuse, accident, or work performed by another party.

If you believe a repair has not held, contact us promptly so we can inspect the vehicle.

7. Customer-supplied parts

Where we agree to fit parts supplied by you, no warranty is offered on those parts or on the labor associated with fitting them, and we are not responsible for consequences arising from part quality or incorrect specification.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Pinto's Auto Repair is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services, including loss of use, loss of income, or costs of alternative transport. Our total liability in connection with any repair will not exceed the amount you paid for that repair.

9. Website content

Content on this website is provided for general information. Repair descriptions, price ranges, service intervals, and technical explanations are general guidance and are not a substitute for an inspection of your specific vehicle. All content, including text, graphics, and images, is the property of Pinto's Auto Repair and protected by copyright.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Collier County, Florida.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
